Ralph F. Cox brings over 20 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, master planning and developing urban mixed-use properties, transportation-related distribution facilities, and industrial port-related projects. Mr. Cox's industry expertise includes site selection, master planning, entitlement, and development strategy.

Mr. Cox was a Senior Vice President for New England Development (NED) managing a $100 million investment/development portfolio. Prior to NED, he was a Senior VP for Spaulding & Slye Colliers', New England's largest real estate advisory services company. Additionally, he was Port Director for the Massachusetts Port Authority overseeing the maritime division and real estate group. As Port Director, Mr. Cox was responsible for revitalizing the Port of Boston. He created the "Port Optimization Plan" which strategically reorganized all port functions. This plan greatly increased the Port of Boston's efficiency which reduced costs and increased tonnage per man-hour of work.

Mr. Cox has served on the board of directors for numerous organizations including the Massachusetts Industrial Finance Agency, the American Association of Port Authorities, the North Atlantic Port Association, and the Massachusetts Seaport Council.
